Refund Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@gildabygradiva.com with a subject line that includes your order number, invoice date and full name.

We’ll confirm your return and send you the shipping instructions. Return shipping is complimentary. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Pieces must be returned unused and in their original condition; the customer is responsible for any loss in value if they are not.

All returned items are first examined by our jewelry specialists. Successful returns are processed within 3–5 business days, and refunds are repaid within 2–3 weeks.
